StartingRate : $18.20 per hour $19.24 per hour thisis dependent on the position.
We recognize tenurethrough our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six monthsand yearly to threeyears.
What you will bedoing :
Reportingstructure is dependent on the position such as the Golf OperationsAssistant Manager Golf Group & Revenue Manager or GolfOperations Manager.
Each position has specificjob duties and qualifications that will be discussed withsuccessful applicants during the interviewprocess.
Qualifications :
Yourexperience and skillsinclude :
- Valid Class 5Drivers License
- Able to work flexible hours(early morning evening and occasional splitshifts)
- Ability to deal with highpressuresituations in a fastpaced environment
- Abilityto work well within both a team setting and an independent settingwith limited supervision
- Leadershipexperience would be considered anasset
- Interest in becoming or have alreadyentered the CPGA Apprentice or Candidateprogram
- Proficient in computer skills(reservation and POS systems)
- Knowledge of thegame of golf and its principles surroundingetiquette.
- Proactive with a demonstrated eyefor detail and the ability to manage multiplefunctions
- Highly motivated and guest drivenwith a passion to continually exceed expectations and anticipateneeds
