Job Opportunity : Group Support Facilitator

Maternal Minds, a not-for-profit organization that supports the mental health and well-being of Muslim mothers and families, is seeking a Group Support Facilitator. The facilitator will support groups with the main leader, helping participants connect, share experiences, and work through challenges in a safe and respectful environment. Type : Part-Time (In-Person)

Primary Responsibilities :

• Create a safe, non-judgmental environment that encourages open communication and sharing of personal experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all participants.
• Provide information and resources on relevant topics when appropriate.
• Keep track of attendance, group progress, and any follow-up actions needed.
