A Canadian and locally owned commercial HVAC organization is immediately hiring a detail-oriented HVAC Service Administrator for their office in Mississauga, ON.

- HVAC Service Administrator will dispatch, coordinate, and schedule commercial HVAC Service Technicians; answer customer questions and concerns (incoming / outgoing phone calls);
- follow up with customers and clients about post service calls and any outstanding quotes and estimates; update customer software to maintain work orders and customer database;
- invoicing / service billing, and creating Technician Purchase Orders (PO’s); maintain monthly preventative pm schedules;
other service administrative duties as required.
ADMINISTRATOR JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- At least two (2) years scheduling, dispatching, and administrative experience preferably from the HVAC industry or Plumbing, Electrical, Fire, Security
- Proficient communication (verbal and written) and computer skills (i.e. MS Office, QuickBooks)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
COMPENSATION :
- $25.00 - $32.00 / hour
- 100% Company Paid Benefits after 3 months (Medical, Dental, Health Life Insurance)

- Relaxed Office Environment
