I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll. I'm looking for a Senior Accountant for my client, a manufacturing company. This is a permanent position in Saint-Hyacinthe.Key duties and responsibilities: ❖ Initiate new projects ❖ Assign hours worked to the correct projects ❖ Enter product cost prices into our activity/project accounting software ❖ Invoice projects according to work progress ❖ Compare project-related materials with purchase orders ❖ Respond to all financial analyses related to projects ❖ Perform all other tasks and duties inherent to the position ❖ Customer billing, customer file tracking ❖ Accounting cycle ❖ Inventory management ❖ Payroll verification ❖ All other related tasksQualifications: *Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience *4 to 8 years of experience. *Excellent command of Microsoft Office. *Knowledge of ERP systems: Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics/Navision. *Experience in the manufacturing sector. *Bilingualism, as the person will be communicating with the head office in Chicago. *Independent, resourceful, with strong organizational skills. *Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and make decisions proactively. *Attention to detail, thoroughness, and precision.
