The Job
As a Crew Member, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Every day brings something new, and you'll work closely with a team that supports each other and takes pride in what they do.
Role highlights include:

• Greeting guests, taking orders, and processing payments quickly and accurately
• Preparing food and beverages to McDonald's quality standards
• Communicating effectively with team members and Managers
• Using smart retailing skills, such as upselling and suggesting add-ons, to enhance the guest experience
• Assembling and managing dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders
• Working flexible, rotating hours - days, nights, afternoons, and weekends

Whether you're in the kitchen, at the Drive-Thru, or at the front counter, you'll be part of a team that works together to make every guest's visit a great one.

Your Vibe and Experience

Previous experience in food service or retail - as a barista, server, cashier, or sales associate - is helpful but not required. What matters most is who you are:
