Job Description : As a Remote Insurance representative, you'll leverage your sales expertise to deliver outstanding service to our clients while enjoying the freedom to work remotely from anywhere in the world.
You'll play a crucial role in managing leads, offering quotes, and identifying up-selling opportunities, all while embracing the dynamic nature of our growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities : Provide exceptional sales experiences from initial contact to closing deals. Manage leads efficiently and offer quotes to prospective clients promptly.
Utilize market knowledge to find the best coverage options at competitive prices. Identify opportunities for up-selling to fulfil clients' diverse insurance needs.
Build and maintain a high-quality book of business with strong retention rates. Recommend suitable coverages based on individual client requirements.
Adapt to changing insurance demands and adhere to underwriting criteria. Qualifications : Hold a professional license to work in the field or be willing to acquire one through a simple provincial licensing process.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
