Role Overview :

As a hydro-vac Assembler at Hydro-Spade, you will fit and assemble components according to detailed engineering drawings. We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual with hands-on experience working on equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

• Component Assembly :   Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to fit and assemble parts based on engineering drawings, schematics, and parts lists.
• Parts Handling :   Carefully handle and assemble painted parts, including purchased pumps, hydraulics, and other critical parts, ensuring they are not damaged during the process.
• Equipment Handling :   Operate lifting devices for large component assembly.
• Troubleshooting :   Identify and resolve issues with fabricated steel parts and hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems during assembly.
• Quality Assurance :   Verify the functionality and quality of assembled equipment, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Team Collaboration :   Work effectively with team members, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Safety :   Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
