Maintenance Technician

Position Summary :

The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and supporting our manufacturing processes to ensure efficient operations. This position involves troubleshooting, conducting regular inspections, performing repairs, and supporting the production team in minimizing downtime.

The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor / Manager.

Recruitment Status :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Test production machines and equipment.
• Operates basic machine functions and performs basic set up.
• Participate in machinery installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, dismantle machines, replace defective parts, and reassemble.
• Propose process improvements to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean work area and detailed records.
• Be available for call-in situations, including weekends and other shifts.
• Aware of, and properly uses light guards, emergency stops, etc. for safe machine operation.
• Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
• Clear snow from all factory entrances, and apply salt as necessary
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards by integrating HSE considerations into all maintenance decisions.
• Performs other duties as necessary in support of departmental goals.
• Follows and comply with all Operational Procedures and policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Quality and Environment programs (i.e. IATF, ISO 14001

Pay Transparency :

Pay Range : $30.51-34.19 per hour
