Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Logistics Administrator assists and supports our customers by ensuring that invoicing is completed quickly, accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate would be an extremely detail oriented individual who can multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
As a Logistics Administrator, you will be...
- Preparing and processing delivery paperwork, including verifying customer payments and entering serial numbers for product during invoicing
- Completing exchanges by creating credit notes and transferring product within the warehouse
- Tracking product movement both within and between warehouse locations
- Assisting warehouse with customer pickups by preparing paperwork and invoicing sales orders upon completion
- Checking that returns or exchanges from the previous day’s deliveries has been received into the warehouse

The experience we need...
- Previous logistics experience an asset
- Previous administrative experience an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and handle an ever changing workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines under pressure
- Willingness to work additional time where necessary to ensure that tasks are completed on time
- Availability to work any day including Saturdays and Sundays
Schedule and Compensation
- Schedule : 5 days a week
- Benefits : full benefits after 90 days
