Position Overview
You’re an exceptional problem-solver who takes pride in your ability to analyze situations and information to find effective solutions. In addition to your superior prioritization and organization skills, you’re also an excellent leader who values teamwork and genuine collaboration to get the job done right, quickly, and safely.
As our Facilities Supervisor, Maintenance, you’ll supervise and lead a team of skilled technical employees to meet daily operational demands supporting our building facilities and worksites. You’ll evaluate and support areas such as training requirements and knowledge of administrative tasks, including managing and scheduling the maintenance team.
In year 1, you will :
- Develop a general knowledge of our facilities' assets, current maintenance, and operations methods and processes.
- Provide coaching to support performance, maintain the quality of work, and lead ongoing training and development of your team.
- Organize and monitor preventative maintenance and operational deliverables.

In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
