Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual / phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team : your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.

We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Of course, you will also get to know Amaris : our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to strengthen our I nformation Systems & Digital team in Montreal and Vancouver . Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us meet our clients' challenges.

You will support various projects with your expertise as IT Project Manager.

Your main responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all project objectives are met
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements
• Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies

Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• PMP certification or equivalent (PMI or Prince2)
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience leading Agile teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
