Job Title : Assembler - Continental Nights Job Description

This position involves assembling parts according to drawings and procedures using tools and fasteners.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of subassembly and final assembly operations for units of varying shapes and sizes.
• Follow specified methods and procedures to assemble using hand and power tools, as well as test equipment.
• Conduct, analyze, and record test results.
• Ensure all job requirements are met before leaving the work center.
• Meet or exceed established production levels.
• Participate in supplier development.

Work Environment

The job is located in a medium-sized manufacturing company with 6 assembly workstations, 8 welding cells, a paint booth, and an epoxy mold department with over 10 machines. The facility spans over 200,000 square feet and is very clean and well-lit. Initial training occurs on the day shift for 1-4 weeks before transitioning to the afternoon shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brampton, ON.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
