Your work environment at EXP

EXP is seeking a Geotechnical Instrumentation and Monitoring Project Manager to join our expanding Brampton, ON office.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Manage and oversee the execution of geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring projects, including installation, data acquisition, analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and contractors to develop project-specific monitoring strategies and work plans.
• Lead the preparation of technical submittals, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Supervise and support field teams in the installation and commissioning of sensors and data logging systems.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and logistics for monitoring devices and services.
• Ensure project compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Review and interpret data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide technical reporting and response action plan.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Support business development by participating in proposal writing, budgeting, and client meetings.
