Overview :

We are seeking an individual with outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills to join our Team as Treatment Coordinator.

Individuals with sales experience are encouraged to apply.No dental experience is required. Successful candidates will possess a strong drive to learn new skills, provide outstanding customer service, and form interpersonal connections with clients quickly.

Duties :

• Be the best part of the patients' day
• Responsible for all new and pre-treatment patients. This includes : confirmation calls, new patient office tours, completing the meet and greet, briefing the doctor prior to the exam, presenting treatment to the patient, presenting finances, completing all start paperwork, following the patients placed into the observation program
• Maintaining the observation program and ensuring all patients have a future appointment
• Marketing the observation program to the patient and professional database
• Making sure all observation patients have the correct status
• Maintaining the pending system with phone calls, emails, and invitations, per our protocols
• Tracking all pending calls on the pending log, per our protocols
• Tracking all new patient exams, per our protocols
• Create and mail all post-exam letters to dental professionals
• Answer phones and greet / seat patients as needed
• Reviewing the schedule daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure new patient and observation appointments are filled
• Ensure that the reception area and offices represent the kind of treatment we provide
• Morning meeting reports : new patients, observation patients, referral sources, stories, and readiness to start. Report on patients with challenges or those who require extra care
• Monthly and annual planning meeting reports
• Marketing : internal and external campaigns, events, and programs
