Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Cash Applications Specialist - Accounts Receivable to support a leading finance team in Brampton, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash application processes, including reconciling bank accounts, applying incoming payments to open receivables, and resolving unapplied payments and discrepancies. You will act as the primary point of contact for payment escalations, prepare remittance files, and support audit reviews and month-end close activities.
You must have a strong background in accounts receivable or finance support, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. This position requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting established KPIs and deadlines.
