DHL Express currently has an opening for a Safety Supervisor in our National Office in Brampton, ON. In this role you will develop, manage and administer existing policies and programs to ensure compliance with HS&E requirements. They will also ensure compliance with existing injury and accident prevention programs, develops cultural change initiatives and programs, monitors compliance, conducts data analysis and recommends preventative actions. The Safety Supervisor also provides support and guidance to leadership on new initiatives, projects, policy and safety processes for various department, area, and business units. The Safety Supervisor would have oversight of all Canadian safety related incidents. The individual would establish , design, implement and sustain effective incident management programs to reduce impacts on injured employees, drive down liability costs, provide consistency, improve lost time injury frequency rate while upholding DHL’s policies and procedures.
