About the Product
Flockler is a social media aggregator platform that empowers marketers and businesses to display authentic social media feeds on their websites and digital screens. About the Role
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own Flockler's marketing engine from strategy to execution, leading a small team and managing our agency partnerships. You will work closely with two other marketing professionals while managing relationships with external agencies (e.g., Webflow, paid advertising). As the marketing owner of HubSpot, you’ll be responsible for optimizing our marketing automation, lead management, and reporting infrastructure. You’ll partner with our General Manager, Customer Success, Account Management, and Engineering teams to build and execute Go‑To‑Market plays, manage our marketing operations, and drive pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 1‑2 marketing professionals (SEO and content creation).
- Own and build a high‑performing marketing function with clear processes and accountability.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, including Webflow development and paid advertising partners, setting expectations, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Own HubSpot as the primary administrator and strategist : build and optimize email workflows, lead scoring models, nurture campaigns, list segmentation, contact properties, data hygiene, dashboards, reports, attribution tracking, and train team members.
- Plan and execute product launches, feature releases, and campaigns, developing positioning, messaging, launch assets, and partnering with Customer Success and Account Management to identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Research, recommend, and execute industry events, conferences, webinars, managing booth design, collateral, demos, post‑event follow‑up, and ROI analysis.
- Oversee weekly marketing meetings, set priorities, drive accountability, and track spend and ROI.
- Maintain and optimize the marketing website (Webflow) and content calendar, collaborating with SEO partners and testing website messaging, CTAs, and landing pages.
- Build and execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, paid, content) to generate MQLs and pipeline, automate email workflows, optimize paid ad channels, and implement attribution tracking.
- Set, monitor, and report on key metrics (MQLs, pipeline contribution, website conversion rates, campaign ROI) and present updates to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of managing a marketing team with proven delegation, feedback, and accountability.Track record managing multiple external agencies and vendors, delivering high‑quality work on time and on budget.1+ year of hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub; HubSpot certification strongly preferred.5+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or martech.Experience planning and executing event marketing with measurable pipeline impact.Proven project management ability in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.Technical proficiency with Webflow (or similar CMS), Google Analytics, and project management tools.Analytical mindset : using data to measure performance, identify opportunities, and make decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for compelling copy and cross‑functional alignment.Go‑to‑market expertise launching products or features and executing integrated marketing campaigns.Outbound marketing experience driving cold email sequences, paid acquisition channels, or direct outreach yielding measurable pipeline growth.Preferred Qualifications
Experience building and scaling a marketing function from zero to one.Familiarity with social media marketing, user‑generated content, or martech industry trends.Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and pipeline metrics.Experience with trade show logistics, booth management, and event sponsorships.Knowledge of marketing tech stack integrations and data flows.“Get stuff done” attitude : demonstrated ownership, initiative, and motivation.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup or growth‑stage environment where priorities evolve quickly.Strong work ethic and ownership; self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, proactive in driving projects forward.What Success Looks Like

United States and Brazil : 100% remote until transition to hybrid; candidates based in Florianópolis (Brazil), Denver, CO (USA), or Philadelphia, PA (USA) required. Compensation
The base annual salary range for this role is dependent on experience, qualifications, and location.
Denver, CO or Philadelphia, PA : $70,000 to $110,000 USD.Calgary, Canada : $70,000 to $100,000 USD.Florianópolis, Brazil : $50,000 to $80,000 USD.Incentives : This role is eligible for quarterly performance bonuses based on revenue goal achievement, up to $10,000 USD annually.
