Internship Overview

As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Invoicing teams. You’ll be exposed to core financial processes, transactional workflows, and day-to-day accounting operations that keep the business running. You’ll work with our finance team and help with the Finance ERP Implementation project, gaining skills to support business decisions.

Location : Cambridge, ON

Term : May 2026 - August 2026

Compensation : This internship is a paid position.

Your Day to Day

• Support Accounts Payable by assisting with invoice entry and payment preparation.
• Assist Accounts Receivable with payment posting and customer statements.
• Help maintain accurate invoice documentation and support billing-related tasks.
• Conduct basic reconciliations, including reviewing GL details and verifying supporting information.
• Provide general operational support across the Finance team to help ensure continuity of daily activities.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support workflow stability and process efficiency.
