We are seeking a seasoned Independent Business Analyst Consultant to lead and support cross-functional initiatives for public and private sector clients. Thisrole is ideal for experienced professionals with a track record of diagnosing business challenges, shaping strategic solutions, and enabling measurable transformation.

As an independent consultant, you will operate autonomously or within a consulting team, working directly with client stakeholders to uncover insights, deliver actionable recommendations, and facilitate execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Analysis & Business Diagnostics

• Conduct operational and market assessments to identify business challenges and strategic opportunities. Use frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, etc.) to inform decision-making.
