Job Description Summary

Road mechanic / technician role performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and executing advanced repairs at the customer’s location to avoid downtime. The fleet includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil / gas equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose, and repair equipment on-site.
• Work on a variety of makes and models in challenging remote locations.
• Develop skills toward a career track in service or operation management.
• Maintain a safety‑focused work environment.

Physical Demands

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, indoors or outdoors as needed.

Qualifications

Pay Range

$32.60 – $44.82 per hour, starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
