Responsibilities :
- Supervision : Assist in supervision, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Training : Train new cashiers on company policies and procedures.
- Cash Control : Oversee cash handling, deposits, transaction accuracy and manage registers.
- Customer Service : Provide friendly, efficient service at checkout—scanning, bagging, assisting with inquiries, returns, and answering phone calls.
- Cleanliness and Organization : Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-end area.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments and assist with stocking when needed.

Experience : Previous work in a retail or customer service environment. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
