About the Role : Restaurant Manager

In this role, you will manage shifts by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed. You will follow Tim Hortons’ standards and guidelines while preparing products for guests and operating equipment. Additional responsibilities include :

• Recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to meet high operational standards.
• Promoting a respectful team environment with open communication and understanding.
• Managing inventory and ordering to ensure restaurant needs are met efficiently.
