We are seeking a Social Worker ( Non-Profit ) to join our client team and assist in the delivery of our sustainability and social impact mission.

The successful candidate will closely collaborate with our portfolio ventures, in order to support interactions, oversee various processes, and guarantee the results.

This position is ideal for those looking to uplift entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and ventures focused on energy and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :

Portfolio Engagement - Maintain active interaction with portfolio leaders, technology teams, and other relevant parties to develop close working relationships with them and learn more about their industries, sectors, and geographies.

  • Be aware of the husband of technology and talent services that the foundation's portfolio has on offer and ensure their efficient implementation when required.
  • Facilitate and establish synergies across various portfolio ventures by acting as a strategic resource and helping to leverage support to create value and accelerate success.
  • Responsible for the tracking of results through facilitating engagement with key contacts such as milestone review, engagement opportunity, partnership success plan, etc.

Operational Excellence - Try to maintain and update the key internal tools and systems such as CRM databases, Airtable, and presentation materials, along with all types of documentation that are accurate and organized.

  • In recording feedback from engagements, reviewing the major results and theoretical input on how to make them more attractive is the approach to identifying the spaces for improvement.
  • Extract insights and patterns from the portfolio to support critical activities such as reporting the impact, storytelling, award nominations, and other endeavors that add value.

Qualifications :

  • Prior work or internship in the social impact space , nonprofits , sustainability , energy , or a startup (as an intern, as a student, employment, etc).
  • Knowledge of the visual data management tools - Fluxx, Airtable, HubSpot, and Microsoft Excel .
  • Knowledge of how non-profits work and some exposure to the energy sector is highly desirable.
  • Experience in working with entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs , or start-up ventures of a similar nature.
  • Interest in actively engaging in sustainable development initiatives, climate change, workforce development, etc.
  • A proactive and responsive approach; able to balance and work with multiple tasks and stakeholders' expectations.
  • Willingness to contribute to the group's mission and work collaboratively on team tasks.
