Job description

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager - WEB3 to collaborate closely with development teams, gather product requirements, prioritize feature implementations, conduct user research, and envision the end-state customer experience. Your mission is to lead priorities from end to end, driving the successful execution of new features and shaping the product through iterative development cycles, user research, user acceptance, and live releases to production.

Responsibilities :

Definition of product vision, definition of priorities, and performance of activities for product roadmap matching business goals and customer needs.

Clear and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria need to be documented and prioritized.

Development, marketing, and QA teams are involved in collaboration to ensure successful product delivery and implementation.

Refine product backlog, e.g., gathering requirements and proposing creative improvements.

Adopt Agile methodologies, arrange product demos, and run product reviews.

Maintain quality standards and track product performance for the purpose of improvement.

Make use of product metrics to determine performance and possibilities for enhancement.

Direct project budgets for the development and testing phases.

Qualifications :

In-depth knowledge of at least 3-5 years of experience in

Product Management experience in Fintech or related industry.

Metro knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management techniques.

Great experience in executing B2C projects, especially in the sectors of Fintech , Web3 , Blockchain , or Crypto .

A unique approach to communication skills that enable me to persuade team members and high-ranking key management.

Hands-on JIRA , Confluence , or other similar project management tools.

Ability to think outside the box and analyze data to get past complicated difficulties.
