Dental Practice Manager – Victoria, BC.
Start Date: ASAP.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
An established and highly respected dental practice in beautiful Victoria, BC is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-run, fast-paced clinic with 10 operatories, 3 dentists, and 7 RDHs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of dental clinic experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills.
- Experience with Tracker software (an asset).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Wage: $40–$47/hour (based on experience).
- Extended health benefits.

- Continuing education (CE) courses.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure overall office efficiency.
- Hire, train, and develop office staff to meet patient needs and uphold clinic standards.
- Develop and manage staff schedules and timesheets, while overseeing other HR functions.
- Collaborate with the Lead Dentist and Regional Director to develop and implement growth strategies.
