As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in the execution of MAGroup-Tecnickrome's vision of being the center of excellence world-class for the surface treatment of metal parts thanks to its leadership, its integrated services, its performance and its qualified workforce.

We are looking for relationship builders, brand champions and candidates ready to meet the needs of their customers and represent them within the organization.

The Senior Customer Service Representative will work in a very dynamic environment to respond to customer requests. The incumbent is the direct contact with customers.

Among other things, he is responsible for tracking orders from receipt to shipping. He must also respond to various customer requests, transmit them to the appropriate departments and, as the case may be, follow up on them until resolved.

Be the voice and eyes of the customer and production. Working in a constantly evolving environment, this person will be required to multitask while maintaining the highest quality of customer service :

  • Main activities Manage customer relationships.
  • Negotiate and update contractual agreements.
  • Be proactive and responsible for setting priorities and delivering an issue resolution plan that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Report to the organization any market information that may have an impact on the business.
  • Maintain the current orders file : enter and track customer orders.
  • Advise / inform production of daily needs.
  • Validate deliveries and releases of orders, plan with transport companies.
  • Respond to customer complaints or inquiries to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to quotes and price requests Collaborate closely with other internal teams to ensure accurate, high-quality service as quickly as possible.

Organizational relationships : The incumbent is in frequent contact with customers, production management staff, and administration staff.

He can also contact representatives of our suppliers.

Working condition : Physical effort : Light, must walk and wear PPE.

Environment : Mainly in an office environment, but frequent travel in the workshop. He may be called upon to travel outside the company, to our customers and suppliers.

Requirements Education : College diploma (DEC) in administration, knowledge of common office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and / or the equivalent.

Experience : A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in customer service, ideally in the field of finishing processes and in the aeronautical industry.

Alternative : a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a related business sector.

Language : Bilingual (French and English) : spoken and written.

Key Skills : Good presentation and has excellent communication skills, including on the telephone.

Demonstrates : team spirit, integrity and enthusiasm.

Ability to work under pressure.

Demonstrate initiative and judgment.
