Advanced Project Engineer

Overview

In this role, you will have an impact on the company's success by ensuring the effective execution and delivery of complex engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. At Honeywell, our Project Engineers play a critical role in developing and supporting our products and ensuring they meet customer requirements. You will report directly to one of our Senior Engineering Managers and you will work out of our Cambridge, ON location on a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP and CSP clearance.

Salary : The annual base salary range for this position is $94,400 to $125,800 in Cambridge, ON. This salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, and market and business considerations.
