We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Retail Team as a Design Consultant.

THE DETAILS :

You’ll be joining our Burlington team at 1510 N Service Rd Unit C, Burlington, ON L7P 5C7, in a full time capacity

• Your days will be spent helping clients bring their dream spaces to life : actively listening to identify their needs and guiding them through their product selections accordingly and communicating company loyalty services where applicable
• You’ll develop rapport with your clients, scheduling and attending in-home, virtual, and in-store consults according to their preference
• You’ll provide individualized design solutions using tools like 2D and 3D floor plans and mood boards
• You’ll maintain company standards regarding personal and store sales / performance targets and be responsible for tracking any orders through to completion
