Job Description :

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Support all parts functions including parts sales sourcing and ordering used parts; Inventory control
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through front counter sales and shop parts sales
• Pulling customer and branch parts orders processing parts credits and Core inspections
• Sorting and binning incoming stock packing and labeling parts orders for shipment
• Participate in parts related special projects and assignments call quality and performance initiatives as required Support and engagement in all Health and Safety related activities
• Support in all Employee Experience Survey (ESS) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities
