Business Intelligence Engineer II | Brampton, ON

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Developer (BI Engineer II) to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of robust and insightful reports, leveraging your expertise in platforms such as MicroStrategy and Power BI, to deliver actionable intelligence that supports critical business decisions.

What You’ll Do :

• Developing high-quality BI and analytical solutions using MicroStrategy and Power BI across multiple projects.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver actionable insights.
• Empowering business users through self-service BI support and best practices for report design.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver BI initiatives and programs.
• Understand and support the team's long‑term strategic objectives and conduct ongoing, planned and ad‑hoc analysis utilizing a variety of analytics / reporting tools.
