TheMRAS Business Analystwill

• Consultwith the ServiceOntario business / policy area to document thebusiness requirements for Phases 2 & 3 which are the Sendand Receivenotifications.
• Liaisewith the System scope vendor to clarify / confirm what informationneeds to be provided tothem.

Resourceresponsibility willinclude :

• Applyingindepth knowledge concepts and principles of performancemeasurement process improvement and businessanalysis
• Collectingsynthesizing analyzing and using data as part of the performancemeasurement and business case development for businessimprovements
• Leadingand facilitating discussions and presentations to gather ministryprogram information recommendsolutions
• Leadinginitiatives that will offer businessimprovements
• Partneringwith stakeholders to develop an understanding of their businessfoster and championinnovation
• Providingoptions recommendations and advice related to issues opportunitiesand challenges experienced by thepractice
• Workingin effective collaboration with OPS partners and withministries

• Youcan evaluate assess and provide strategic analysis of complexinformation and initiatives and prepare recommendations andsolutions that translate business priorities into implementableactions
• Youhave played a lead role in the development of environmental scansdocument analysis and business cases in order to identify trendsand develop recommendations and forecasting tools for strategicplanning and / or business improvementinitiatives
• Youare a strategic thinker that gathers information systematicallyconsidering risks factors and range of issues in order to developstrategic planning and business improvementrecommendations
• Experiencewith Agile methodology within the Software Development Life Cycleis anasset.

DataAnalytics and Measures

• Youhave led the development and implementation of performancemeasurement frameworks andindicators
• Youcan design and employ tools and processes to support colleagues andpartners in identifying risk assessing value and developingimprovementinitiatives
• Youare skilled with data collection analysis and visualization toolsand techniques (e.g. MS ExcelPowerBI)

• Experiencewith Service Ontario / Ministry of Government and Consumer Servicesbusiness processes gating procedures project managementrequirements and businessrules.

MUSTHAVE :

• 5year experience inBA
