Automotive Receptionist, Part Time, Richmond, BC Roles & Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.

Answer and direct incoming calls to the correct department / person.

Provide accurate dealership information to customers.

Perform administrative tasks : filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.

Maintain a clean, organized reception and customer-waiting area.

Support other departments as needed (events, marketing, basic research).

Measurables

Customer Satisfaction Score (CSI) :  Quality of customer interactions.

First Call Resolution Rate :  % of calls resolved without follow-up.

Average Wait Time :  Time customers wait before being assisted.

Call Abandonment Rate :  % of callers who hang up before reaching receptionist.

Administrative Task Completion Rate :  Accuracy and timeliness of assigned tasks.

Compensation

$17.85 – $18.85 per hour  (depending on qualifications and experience).
