Job Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Full-Time General Admin to join our team. The idea candidate will support project management activities and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and teamwork are key, as this position involves supporting multiple managers and adapting to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support :Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers, departments, or teams, including managing schedules, organizing files, and preparing reports.Handle email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely and professional responses.Complete and process necessary paperwork, including forms, reports, and other documentation.Utilize CRM systems to manage client information, track interactions, and generate reports.Communication and Flexibility :Act as a point of contact for various stakeholders, handling inquiries and providing information as needed.Demonstrate flexibility and versatility in supporting multiple managers or teams, adapting to changing priorities and tasks.Collaborate with team members and other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations and support cross-functional projects.Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.Maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking systems.Track project milestones and deliverables, updating stakeholders as needed.Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project alignment.Support budgeting processes, including invoice tracking and expense reporting.Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies.Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalentExperience in an administrative support role, with hands-on experience using CRM systems.Own a vehicleSkills :
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM softwareExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Demonstrated flexibility and a collaborative approach to working with multiple managers and teams.Job Type :
