Join our dedicated team of Licensed Practical Nurses at The Heights at Mt. View, our long-term care community in the heart of Victoria. In this role, you will:

• Provide safe, person-centered nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams on complex care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments following clinical best practices.
• Promote resident wellness and support care plan implementation.
• Monitor safety risks and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation using electronic health records.
• Demonstrate Baptist Housing’s values and servant leadership in all you do.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nursing diploma with current BCCNM registration.
• Experience in long-term, complex, or assisted living care preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (e.g., Point Click Care).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Available LinesWe offer a range of LPN opportunities at Heights at Mount View, including permanent, temporary, and casual roles. Flexible scheduling options are available, including shorter shifts, with a mix of day and evening schedules to suit your availability.

*There are currently various Part-time and Casual opportunities available.

Compensation & Benefits

Under the Master Collective Agreement, you'll enjoy competitive wages, extended health and dental coverage, a municipal pension plan, vacation allowances, an employee assistance program, and professional development opportunities. Level 1 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate of $32.84 to $41.35.
