Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient‑centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province‑wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position Overview
Under the direction of the Nurse Scheduling Manager, the Scheduling Clerk assists in the maintenance of Direct Service Staff schedules by entering data into the ESP scheduling system, assigning, scheduling and communicating with Direct Service Staff and other relevant disciplines at SMHC.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Direct Service Staff schedules for Registered Nurses, Registered Psychiatric Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Psychiatric Nursing Assistants 1, and Psychiatric Nursing Assistants 2.
- Enter data into the ESP scheduling system and assign schedules.
- Communicate with Direct Service Staff and other relevant disciplines.
