Position / Poste : Executive Assistant / Adjoint(e) de direction

Location / Lieu : Moncton / Dieppe, New Brunswick / Nouveau-Brunswick

Language Requirement / Exigence linguistique : Bilingual (English / French) / Bilingue (anglais / français)

Position Overview / Sommaire du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) de direction hautement organisé(e), proactif(ve) et bilingue pour soutenir notre équipe de direction. La personne retenue jouera un rôle clé dans l’efficacité des opérations, la gestion d’informations sensibles et la représentation d’Admiral Security avec professionnalisme et discrétion.

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilités principales

  • Gérer les agendas des dirigeants, planifier les réunions et coordonner les rendez-vous
  • Préparer, réviser et gérer la correspondance et les rapports confidentiels
  • Organiser et soutenir les réunions, y compris la préparation des ordres du jour et la prise de notes
  • Servir d’intermédiaire entre la direction, le personnel, les clients et les partenaires externes
  • Coordonner les déplacements et la logistique
  • Aider au suivi des projets et à la gestion documentaire
  • Effectuer des recherches et préparer des rapports pour la direction au besoin
  • Soutenir les processus RH, le recrutement et l’intégration
  • Maintenir la confidentialité et le professionnalisme en tout temps
  • Accomplir d’autres tâches administratives selon les besoins
  • Diplôme postsecondaire en administration, gestion de bureau ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience comme adjoint(e) de direction ou dans un rôle administratif similaire
  • Bilingue (anglais et français) avec d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et souci du détail
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
  • Professionnalisme, débrouillardise et adaptabilité
  • Discrétion éprouvée dans la gestion d’informations confidentielles
