Licensed Property Manager / Leasing Specialist – Residential

Salary Range : $70,000–$75,000 per year
We’re hiring a licensed, leasing-focused professional to lead leasing for a growing residential portfolio in Edmonton for a well-established third‑party property management company. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, closing deals, and making an immediate impact.
This is a third‑party management role, and an active property management license is required by law.
What You’ll Be Focused On
- Driving leasing activity across a mixed residential portfolio
- Advertising units and executing creative marketing strategies
- Managing and following up on leasing leads
- Conducting property showings (evenings and weekends as needed)
- Actively working to reduce vacancy rates and stabilize occupancy
- Supporting property management duties when time allows and business needs require

Active Property Management license (required)Minimum 3 years of experience in residential leasing and / or property managementProven success in filling vacanciesStrong marketing and advertising knowledge (creative thinkers welcome)Excellent communication and follow‑throughComfortable working independently with a flexible schedulePM experience is preferred, but strong leasing‑only candidates are welcomeWork Structure & Location
