Licensed Property Manager / Leasing Specialist – Residential

Salary Range : $70,000–$75,000 per year

We’re hiring a licensed, leasing-focused professional to lead leasing for a growing residential portfolio in Edmonton for a well-established third‑party property management company. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, closing deals, and making an immediate impact.

This is a third‑party management role, and an active property management license is required by law.

What You’ll Be Focused On

• Driving leasing activity across a mixed residential portfolio
• Advertising units and executing creative marketing strategies
• Managing and following up on leasing leads
• Conducting property showings (evenings and weekends as needed)
• Actively working to reduce vacancy rates and stabilize occupancy
• Supporting property management duties when time allows and business needs require
