We are partnering with a large organization to recruit a Front Desk Administrator. This role is ideal for a friendly, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys being the first point of contact and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a busy office. This is a temporary opportunity, offering consistency and stability for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors and staff in a professional and welcoming mannerSupport site procedures by assisting visitors with sign‑in and safety requirementsAnswer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; take and relay messages as neededAssist with internal events, meetings, and company activitiesProvide general administrative support to various departmentsManage and update the visitor welcome screenHandle photocopying, scanning, and document distributionManage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesCoordinate catering requests as directedUpdate logs, track records, and maintain in / out boardsProvide daily cafeteria coverage to support scheduled breaks, including handling cash and operating a register as requiredRequirements Trilogy
