Description de posteGreet visitors and staff in a professional and welcoming manner Support site procedures by assisting visitors with sign‑in and safety requirements Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; take and relay messages as needed Assist with internal events, meetings, and company activities Provide general administrative support to various departments Manage and update the visitor welcome screen Handle photocopying, scanning, and document distribution Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Coordinate catering requests as directed Update logs, track records, and maintain in / out boards Provide daily cafeteria coverage to support scheduled breaks, including handling cash and operating a register as required 1+ years of experience in a reception, administrative, or front‑facing customer service role Strong verbal and written communication skills ours phones presence Friendly, approachable, and customer‑focused attitude Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Proven reliability and punctuality Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Basic computerified proficiency (email, scheduling tools, and general office systems) Willingness to support multiple departments and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks ахәыҷ

This role is ideal for a friendly, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys being the first point of contact and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a busy office. This is a temporary opportunity, offering consistency and stability for the right candidate.
