Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Training : train and supervise production staff, enforce policies, manage schedules, and promote a positive work culture.
• Safety & Compliance : uphold safety standards (LOTO, PPE, machine guarding), enforce procedures, and report incidents promptly.
• Production Oversight : monitor workflow, adjust line speeds, ensure material availability, and meet daily production goals.
• Quality & Maintenance : oversee quality checks, maintain equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support lean initiatives.
• Communication & Coordination : facilitate shift handovers, attend production meetings, and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Equipment Operation : operate forklifts, loaders, and other machinery as needed; assist with line setup and troubleshooting.
