With members of these teams, you will work on projects and support key strategic initiatives across multiple segments to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
Here's how
As a Marketing Manager on the Security Technology and Migrations team, your primary responsibility will be to support the execution of successful technology migration programs for our acquired customers and effectively transition them into the TELUS ecosystem.
You will ensure that together we deliver on our business objectives while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Key responsibilities include :
- Support the execution of large-scale, national marketing campaigns for our equipment upgrades and migration programs
- Partner with our digital and marketing communications teams to become an industry leader in crafting personalized, targeted, and meaningful engagement for TELUS customers across a number of mediums, including mass marketing (digital, social, etc) and 1 : 1 (email, direct mail, SMS, etc)
- Design and execute a best in class go-to-market (GTM) proactive strategy for SmartHome Security customers, including our internal messaging strategy, channel integration plans, new pricing and offer positioning
- Partner with our Products and Service (P&S) teams to become an industry leader in ensuring the best possible customer product experience, and to prevent product and experience related churn
- Assist in the transformation of our end-to-end customer service support model built to scale and support our ambitious growth and cross-sell targets
- Data-driven marketer who uses reporting, analysis, team partnerships, and continuous improvements develop and optimize campaigns and strategies

- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar disciplines
Great-to-haves
- 4+ years of marketing experience delivering cross-functional projects and launching campaigns
- Knowledge and experience in the security industry is an asset, particularly as it relates to product and technology knowledge
