As theProposal Coordinator intern you will play a key role in supportingthe proposal development process for our organization.

You willwork closely with the proposal team project managers subject matterexperts and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and successfulsubmission of high quality proposals.

Your main responsibility willbe to coordinate and organize all aspects of the proposal processfrom the initial analysis of the request for proposals to the finalsubmission.

Responsibilities

• Coordinatethe planning and development of proposals and pursuits from startto finish ;
• Collaboratein the development activities of the building division ;
• Actively participate in the branding of the company ;
• Schedulesproposal strategy and planning sessions as needed and activelyparticipate ;
• Supportsbackground research with clients and identifies issues concerns andpossible risks to develop the strategy and planning of the proposal;
• Coordinatesdeliverables with the various team members (proposal directorproject manager estimation etc.) ;
• Preparesthe required documents (texts letters of transmission Covers tabsetc.) ;
• Coordinatesthe creation of the various elements required in collaboration withthe administrativecoordinator (resume project sheets organizational chartsadministrative documents etc.) ;
• Correctsedits and reformulates text with precision to deliver highqualityprofessional proposals ;
• Performsthe layout / revision / correction / translation of texts and others ;
• Performsvarious followups (signatures / doc. admin. etc.) ;
• Plansthe logistics of the final editing (printing / editing versionelectronics packaging etc.).

Profil

• Bachelors degree in communication ormarketing in progress ;
• Advancedknowledge of Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Outlook Excel andTeams) ;
• Intermediateknowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign Acrobat PhotoshopIllustrator) ;
• Demonstrateinitiative rigour integrity and discretion;
• Advancedproficiency in English language communication skills both writtenand oral;
• Adrivers license and / or ability to travel may be required in somecases.
