We’re actively growing our Customer Service team, and are looking for 2-3 additional Customer Service individuals to join us so we can support our clients in more locations during a busy time of year. Responsibilities :
While on-site, you’ll be supporting a specific brand, helping to enhance its image, improve its reputation, and acquire new customers. Some of your main tasks will include :
Pay :
We offer a competitive weekly wage plus additional compensation for each completed transaction and for achieving certain targets. Specific details will be provided during interviews, but average first-year earnings are $37,500-42,500 with top performers taking home $55k+.
Training & Advancement :
If selected, you’ll be trained by the CEO and leadership team on an ongoing basis plus you’ll have on-site support available to help you learn and expand your comfort zone. In this position, you’ll be learning and applying basic customer service, sales, marketing, and account management techniques.
