Lead HVAC Technician

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Lead HVAC Technician to join our expanding team. In this leadership role, you’ll guide a crew responsible for retrofitting and renovating HVAC systems in multi‑family buildings across the Lower Mainland. If you enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and leading others—and you want to help build a company from the ground up—this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team performing HVAC retrofits and renovations
• Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems
• Work with sheet metal and occasionally assist with plumbing tasks
• Ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high quality standards
• Collaborate with occupants and other trades to maintain a smooth workflow
