Reports To : Senior Director of People and Programs
Location : Regina, SK
Employment : Full Time 40 hrs / wk
Compensation : $25.50 - $30.00 / hr
Hours : Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 30 PM)

Street Culture Project is launching The Treehouse — a vibrant, youth-centered hybrid space designed to promote wellness, belonging, and holistic growth. We’re looking for a compassionate and strategic Program Manager to lead this exciting initiative from the ground up. This is your opportunity to shape a space that truly puts young people first.
What You’ll Do
Program Oversight & Development
- Support the creation and daily operations of The Treehouse program
- Lead and run youth wellness, mental health, life skills, and employment groups
- Ensure the space is safe, welcoming, and youth-centered
Staff Leadership & Development
Hire, train, and support a team of frontline program staffDevelop individualized PDPs and provide regular coaching and mentorshipGuide staff in navigating complex youth support needsPartnerships & Community Engagement
Build collaborative relationships with community organizations and servicesCoordinate with overnight emergency access point partnersAdvocate for youth and remove barriers to accessing supportFacilitation & Direct Support
Lead group sessions and workshopsProvide one-on-one support to youth in crisis or transitionAssist youth with navigating systems and reaching personal goalsProgram Administration
Manage scheduling, resources, and day-to-day logisticsMaintain the space, including the food pantryTrack outcomes and provide reports to leadership and fundersWhat You Bring
3+ years of experience in youth care or human services1+ years of leadership / management experienceBachelors’ education in a related fieldStrong understanding of justice system, trauma, and youth developmentHigh emotional intelligence, organization, and communication skillsKnowledge of Regina’s social service systems and how to navigate themProven ability to lead teams, coach staff, and model strengths-based practiceA heart for youth, and a mind for problem-solving, collaboration, and innovationWhy Work With Us?
