Junior Parts Advisor

Mayfield Ford Lincoln, a proud member of The Humberview Group, is looking for a Junior Parts Advisor in Brampton to join our vibrant dealership team.

As a Junior Parts Advisor you will provide exceptional customer service, sell and order parts, and support parts delivery and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Deliver parts to the shop and distribute to the appropriate technician.
• Sell parts through the shop, by phone, and over the counter to customers.
• Assist walk‑in and wholesale customers with parts selection and product information.
• Prepare orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick‑up.
• Review files weekly to track back‑orders.
• Issue credit for parts returned.
• Assist with shipping / receiving when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.

Pay : $17.60 to $20.00 per hour.
