Our client, a major financial institution in Canada s looking to hire a Recruiting Assistant to their team for an initial 5-month contract.
This position has a very high potential for conversion (based on performance). The role is currently operating on a hybrid model with the office located in Montreal.
Description :
- Support internal and external recruiting processes and provide customer service to internal and external clients.
- Communication applicants and Recruiters to fill open positions and perform a variety of activities in support of Recruiting Dept.
- Review resumes, research employment verification and references, generate and send offer letters, following recruiting process by administratively supporting all aspects up to offer.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, experience with candidate databases.
Qualifications :
- Fully Bilingual - French / English
- Organized, detail oriented, and fast learner
- Recruitment Coordination experience
- Workday and Excel experience are strong nice to haves
