As an on site Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our business and changing lives. You'll be responsible for converting leads into high-ticket clients across our mindset and business programs, all through conversational sales (chat-first).
You'll report to our Head of Revenue and work side-by-side with an ambitious, heart-centered team of marketers, coaches, and creatives. Whether you're new to high-ticket sales or looking for a team that finally matches your pace, this role delivers.
🔍 What You'll Do
Conversational Sales
Own the full chat-based sales process from first message to closed dealEngage warm leads via chat, voice notes, and DMs (no cold outreach)Ask powerful questions that uncover pain points and connect prospects to the right solutionHandle objections confidently and close high-ticket program enrollmentsMaintain daily KPIs for conversations, follow-ups, and conversionsSales Strategy & Growth
Collaborate with our marketing team to align messaging and targetingStay updated on program offers, pricing structures, and client transformationsContribute ideas to improve funnels, engagement scripts, and conversion workflowsTrack CRM updates and pipeline progress with precisionParticipate in ongoing sales training and team performance reviewsClient Experience

Required
2+ years of experience in sales (DM sales, phone sales, sell-by-chat, or high-ticket preferred)World-class written communication skills : persuasive, conversational, and clearPassion for business, fitness, mindset, and personal growthAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsTech-savvy : you know your way around CRM tools, sales dashboards, and digital platformsFull-time availability in-person at our Kelowna studioPreferred
