This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring / Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet Banff Gondola guests
• Assisting with ticket sales, combo packages, questions, directions, and guidance in visiting our attractions and the Canadian Rockies
• Use a computerized ticketing systems to issue and process guest ticket
• Handles cash and credit transactions
• Validates tickets prior to boarding
• Performs crowd management and line control
• Be a Memory Maker for our programming events
• Solicit guest feedback Assist in keeping work areas clean

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The starting wage for this role is $18.00 / hour.
